Saw these guys live in Saint Petersburg on Tuesday. Holy shit they were absolutely incredible. This song was really really good hearing everyone in the crowd singing was just amazing..
I love that at that one part the Bass Dropped when Andy brought out William Control I found that Appreciating and Epic! I think William is the Producer or song writer of BVB. I don't know I'm just guessing. I wish they would've kept William out there for the rest of the song and not just that one little part. Because shit got crazy as you can tell when the brought William out. And also he has a really good voice to be honest I enjoyed his voice!

ALIEN CHASE how does that work though? I’m not sure I understand. Because if they’re using vocal backing tracks, that means that they’re singing over the instruments playing on the track right, as in a vocal track there are no vocals because the point is that you sing over it?
Laura backing tracks are the studio vocals (the harmonies and gang vox, back up vox etc) being played through the p.a mixed into the live mix. There’s either lip synching to backing tracks (where your mic isn’t hot or you’re just silently mouthing the words) Or there’s over dubbing a backing track so your mic is low volume and with the backing tracks being played through the pa you’re merely singing along to the track at a much quieter level.

The reason is because in the original song Andy doesn’t sing it fully, Ashley sang all of the parts Andy doesn’t do live and Ashley used to sing those parts live but he wasn’t the best live singer so they switched to having the song play with Andy singing over his parts. Idk how they do it now since Ashley got kicked out
@@anundiscoveredsoul...8230 The "IN" part of the phrase "In the End" in the chorus, goes up to an Ab4... That's pretty damn high for his vocal type. That's just about the highest most men are going to be able to hit in chest voice. Even tenors aren't going to be able to go too much higher before they have to switch to falsetto. It *sounds* lower because he has a heavy voice type, but it's actually high for him. If you watch how he holds the mic when he sings it, he pulls away because he's really pushing to get it out and it's loud. That's almost certainly why he didn't sing too much of it, it's really straining on his voice and he had already been performing for a substantial amount of time. The fact that he hit it so well from the start shows he's pretty good. Not a waste at all. Actually really damn good.
@@royalcat10 The "in" part is in no way that high when talking about tenors. I can namedrop a shitload of singers who are able to get there and beyond in either chest or mixed voice. My guess is that he's struggling with those parts because of him applying the rather forced raspiness to vocals. That stuff will wreck your voice rather quickly when you're forcing it like he has.

But, most tenors are only going to get up to a C5 or D5 *in chest,* as I had specified. Which is only a major third to a tritone higher than Ab4. As I said... "Not too much higher before they're in falsetto" (Or mixed.)

And there's quite a difference between transitioning into mixed as compared to going into falsetto, that was my main "issue" with what you were saying earlier. I would totally agree that a baritone would struggle to get to those heights comfortably.
