The fate of the Middle East changed overnight when new foreign minister was appointed in Moscow. Not only the fate of the Middle Eastern states has changed, not only the fate of this region, but, perhaps, the fate of the whole world, taking into account the direct participation of the major powers of the modern world in the Middle East affairs.
