@Black Roses All the horror stories ( the ones that actually happened ) that I’ve watched are almost always related to the Jinn and what they do to trick ( those who are ignorant and those who don’t do their adhkaar often ) the person. For example , you could feel a real tap on your shoulder but when you turn around you find out that there was no one who tapped your shoulder . I used to work night shifts at a group home where a lot of the youth had trauma. I had nonstop supernatural events happening. Even non mislim Co workers testified to it. This one time, I was praying fajr salah in the living room at 3-4 am. As soon as I lifted my finger for the shahada, the couch in front of me decompressed. Like imagine someone sitting on a leather couch and immediately it decompresses because they left. It literally happened the instant I lifted my finger, it was insane
I dont know word for word the hadith but the Prophet SAW said something along the lines of "Dont make your houses graveyards " and to pray salah at our houses. Your experience was probably a shaytan fleeing from that household. SubhanAllah

She has also asked me to read this Neil person's book called 'a conversation with God'
I understood the misguidance it signaled to me because that crap is completely against Islam

It is good to have a little bit of Ego left, otherwise we would not be Servants of Allah and therefore not be tested, it is crucial to evolve our akhlaq, Ilim and adhab in Islam to become the BEST contribution to our Ummah, inshaAllah. Thank you for doing this podcast! There is definitely some truth about what you guys said about meditation. In muraqabah (Islamic meditation), it is recommended that it be done in the presence of a sheikh if you don't know what you're doing. Otherwise, you run the risk of being deluded by shaitan. It's nothing like the milquetoast "meditation" that's being promoted nowadays.

Considering all of this new age spirituality/esotericism hype (I am so done with all these zodiac sign memes lol), I always used to think that at least it proves how you cannot separate man from God as the fitrah desperately searches for ways to “come out” and these folks keep searching for something to hold on to. But now thinking about it more deeply and considering all that you guys said, the harm definitely outweighs the benefits which, as I said, I always thought to be the fact that at least they became more spiritual. I think it is safe to say that those who mix haram with halal create far worse corruption, confusion and evil than those e.g. atheists who declare everything as a hoax ^^

Jinns are explained in Islam but not to a degree where we can fully understand.
We are sharing the same world but live in different dimensions. And we are not meant to contact with them nether do they.
My only experience was a sleep paralysis. I couldn't move or shout for help. When I ran out of energy I gave up and went back to sleep. I woke up later that night in a different room. I wasn't aware how many ours passed. I just kept reciting ayat kursi before sleeping. I didn't talk about it and ignored the whole thing.

Hmm you know what I find interesting. Those groups that chant "Allah" either outloud or in their heart. Why aren't they using a known dhikr instead like 'la ilaha illAllah'? That's something for me to think about. To me that gives me the idea that its something I shoud stay away from, or at least use a known dhikr.
Most important thing to do when you face a jinn is not to get scared and keep saying any name of Allah. Not easy. Believe that nothing, absolutely nothing can stand before Allah.
Say "ya arhamur rahimin" 3 times and Allah will send an angel to help you.
Also leave the place if it is dark. Don't look back. And keep saying Allah's name.
They work with our fears. Having faith in Allah will give you strength. Without Allah's permission nothing can harm us.
If you know ayatul qursi say that also. Very effective.

Not sure if someone has already asked this, but what about the fact that shayateen can influence your dreams and appear in your dreams. Does that have anything to do with the natural DMT in our bodies? Does it break the barrier between our world and the jinn world?
Yesterday I literally searched about yoga because I thought it's just a form of stretching and I choose few things to follow Allhamdulilah I didn't start it yet and Allah guided me Allhamdulilah ❤️

After finishing the episode I think I answered my own question, towards the end when Ahmed said they don't question these positive experiences, really good point it never crossed my mind that a positive experience can be a lie... These people might not be lying about what happened to them, but the 'truth' they thought they saw could be a lie

I agree with more things but yoga and meditation, yoga saved me from having circulation problems and from staying out of trouble in highschool, and has helped many others as well as breathing techniques. Im talking about the movements not asatoeric parts. I dont believe its affiliated with jinn. I was married to someone posessed, they are more attracted to the drugs and najus and dirty things not yoga, he was still repelled by me.
