    Wow…. Very ingenuous! Unfortunately I came across this at d fag end of d season for til. I believe Makar Sankranti is d last day til shud be eaten as it is heaty in nature. Thanks for sharing.♥️

      You can eat sesame till Holi. We have just used sesame and apple so it can be used in moderation all the year round except summers :)

    Gud with apple is a killer combinations rather than a healer combinations. Apple is a hot sultry weathers fruit whereas gud is of a peak winter weathers sweet.
    Never never combines a gud and and an apple.

      Never heard of it. You can skip gud or add little sugar instead. We eat apple through out the year.

    Then SAY on the caption that with little gur… don’t claim that no gur, no sugar blah blah blah. .. You have good recipe, just be honest.

      you can be so specific while creating the video.. there are word limitation while defining the title. She used it just for the binding purpose.

      Actually, as I mentioned in the video, this chikki can be prepared without sugar or jaggery. Thats why the title can be no sugar.
      For reference please check my guilt free cookies video, made with zero sugar.
      As I mentioned, we are used to eating regular chikki which is lot more sweeter, so to recerate that sweetness we have added very little jaggery, that is negligible :)
      Hope you understand. There is limitation of words in the title and it has to be catchy,
      I am confident about all my recipes and just need support of you guys, so that I can follow my passion.
