funny thing about the mega city Krungthep (bangkok)with its +15 milj ppl.. If u move to another area or even a another street its like a whole new city to discover, so there are no areas that are the" best". Its all up to u..and how u feel about the neighborhood and condo And RENTING A CONDO is the prefect life in Bangkok so u don't get stuck in one place =)

The problem is there are sooooo many vloggers in South East Asia now. If youtube is your only income, you need to make around $1500 just to pay for all the expenses. And living in BGC, you are talking 40 to 50,0000 php just for your condo. Don't forget that youtube takes 40% right off. So you only left with 60% of the ad revenue.
