Wished I had known it before we moved in but the neighborhood and nearby stores and hospital down the road, its a win win for our elderly years. Make note, do NOT buy a townhouse or condo if you like noise or don't like hearing neighbor's noises or a house THAT close.
We have 10 acres in a different state. Lived there for 20 years. I hate being so far from town. As we age it's harder to drive and all so we bought close to town this time.

Camera and mic working well. You look and sound great. We ran (okay drove) to Kroger this week and got 5 lbs. of the butter. Couldn't really afford it but who knows when it will be that cheap again. Love those houses. They look old fashioned with the cute porches. But the prices would keep me from buying one. We bought a 50 year old house on the coast for around $79,000. 3 BR, only one bath though. Big back yard and great neighbors who have been there for years.
Some people just want a large place to live and dont care about personal space! No thanks on the houses😢. A shame about the scenic trails. Hopefully they will still be a good place to walk when all that construction is complete 😊

When I grew up in Cincinnati we would drive to Columbus on holidays and have lunch at one grandmas house and dinner at the other. They lived 3 miles apart but might as well have been in another state. Of course one grandma was born in 1886 and the other in 1905 so different generation.

I went to Walmart black Friday it was not crazy busy It's like a normal regular day. Less people buying.... I was surprised...went and got 2 necessary items. I love to use it for laundry cleaning ZOTE pink laundry soap bar went up. It's now $1.98 . No longer a dollar Your new camera is great and the sound is great. Cookie cutter houses you can reach out and touch your neighbor. 😂 Honestly that's a fire hazard we have a bunch of houses like that in Georgia. And they want half a million dollars and up.😮 For a house just like the one you're looking at ridiculous. And it's also an HOA neighborhood and don't forget about the mortgage and the house taxes house insurance ,utility bills... Home warranty insurance. If anything breaks down in your house like a washer, dryer, refrigerator, hot water heater....ect it's very Expensive .
Make a list of things not to store long term. Me first....corn meal. Oh boy did i make a nasty pan of corn bread. Yuck! Thankfully it was 2 days before thanksgiving.

A lot of our food is either imported or uses 8mported ingredients. A lot of our produce comes from Mexico and were looking on 25% tarrifs. Canada supplies a bunch of our grain products and we're looking at 25% tarrifs. China actually makes some of our processed foods and were looking at 60% tarrifs with an extra 10% tarrif for fentanyl; 70% total.
Prob condos that close together, dont let them tell you that bench handle is for dogs lol, that may be their excuse but those anti-homeless style benches are going in everywhere, in Florida now its a law you cannot set up tents or stuff on public property. There are different architectural ways they are doing it.

We had 3 acres but as we got older it was just too much to handle and working outside in FL heat. I transitioned to indoor hydroponics lol.
