This might be a dumb question but where do you sit there butt on that newborn insert?? Right on the fold of the seat or slightly above/on top of the pad??
No dumb questions. The little one should be sitting right on it, their bottom pushed all the way to the corner of the seat. You shouldn't have any slouching.
