The cinema organ bought back memories of Sat. morning pictures club @ Granada - Tooting Broadway, and chucking sweets at the organist as he popped up... lol!

Just cooked my half leg of lamb in my corsori pressure cooker and it was delicious it was that soft we didn't need to chew it. It fell apart and the bone come away cleanly. We have started to enjoy our food again 😊 xx
I did it on the pressure cooker. I saute it removed it from pot, then put a lamb stock cube in 2 cups of hot water in the pot and make sure there's no sticky residue in the pot then replace the joint and pressure cook on hi for 90mins
