Heaven/hell is nonsense but he freaking murdered people and then nearly killed the only people that cared about him and his only brother while trying to protect him decided to screw with his mind to try and take all his hatred despite not considering what that would do to him in the long run. Sasuke made his choices, don’t excuse him just because he did it out of love for his family or either abandoned him or outright lied to him.
