🇦🇺I’ve been buying books. Preserving books, fermenting, canning, baking bread, medical plants, raising animals (Beef Cattle, pigs, dairy goats, meat goats, ducks), butchering animals etc. my children bought me a dehydrator and a pressure canner. I learning stuff.
Wow! That is amazing and inspiring to hear. Sometimes I feel like I am the only person who spends hours upon hours in the kitchen and garden:). So nice to know that I am not the only one!
U r being brave speaking up. God lead me back into gardening & preserving/long term storage, healthy living at home in 2020. There are things to be done in every area of our lives to become more independent from our American work, work, work, make money, buy buy buy ideologies. And also to become independent from the mindset that the US government is going to protect us & our assets & our health thru using our taxes we've paid in. Its all just becoming untrue. So much to do to become more independent from the mainstream . . .

If for no other reason, people should at least try to grow some of their food. The nutritional value alone is a difference between night and day. Not to mention flavor. And our food chain is SO fragile

I have been following you since your first video love them keep saying it I am good with but I have a homestead and saw what happened in 2020 moved to the country bought more acre made a big garden put up a greenhouse and started growing most of food. What we don’t grow we source from local farmers and we have a working pantry I can, dehydrate and freeze what I grow and keep adding more each year but some people just don’t see it
I would love to but I have a full time demanding job and my husband is currently battling cancer which keeps me pretty busy I don’t think I could add in another thing my plate is full. Something for the future

It is so sad to see where our countries have begun to fall. They are literally crumbling around us. America doesn't have as long as a history as the UK and I was telling my husband the other day ( in regards to all the political and social things going on ) that I sincerely hope that all your beautiful history and buildings are not destroyed with the increasing chaos and corruption in the world. You have such a beautiful country! We have seen so many of our monuments and historical plantations etc closed down and destroyed all in the name of being politically correct. So sad that they want to erase our short history.

❤❤❤. Im trying to get my adult girls to prepare. I just canned some potatoes for my 1 daughter she will get ehen she comes home fir Thanksgiving, and she will probably take other things. But i wish they would stop being afraid and prepare for themselves, because i sm so far away.
That is a hard situation to be in. It is hard to watch our children not prepare when we want the best for them. Mine are all still at home so I battle with the “Oh, mom! Nothings going to happen!” comment quite often.

I think the tall plants behind her are cannas. I have plants like that at my house that get yellow flowers on tall stalks up in the middle of those huge leaf stalks. i have seen red flower & orange flower stalks. In a different locstion i have giant Queen Cannas with pink/purple flowers.
okay. tumeric. i have never seen tumeric so very large. my tumeric only gets about two feet tall. I guess tumeric & big cannas are related some how. Ur big tumeric stalks & leaves look very much like my huge cannas stands of plants just ur tumeric has no flowering stalks . . .

💯% agree. I wish I could get my family to move. We will be overrun or swept into a 15 min city. They're already building condo after condo in any small open spot (including on parking lots). It's going to cost a fortune to educate all the extra children. Plus they don't pay much in taxes, so the burden will be carried by the folks who have existing homes. Retirement won't be an option between inflation and all the new costs if we can stay employed in the economic downturn. Sorry for being a downer, but it's wearing on me.

Every day my community What's Happening in DeKalb Face Book group has someone facing eviction, loss of job, vehicle desperate for assistance. I also see it among my wound clinic clients. Don't tell us our eyes are deceiving us. There's an incredible amount of hurting people out there and millions upon millions of tax dollars being spent on non- citizens and that's NOT Fox propaganda

I try to only buy things that will be useful. I just stocked up on mineral sunscreen for next spring.. in case we don’t have access to stores..

Every day my community What's Happening in DeKalb Face Book group has someone facing eviction, loss of job, vehicle desperate for assistance. I also see it among my wound clinic clients. Don't tell us our eyes are deceiving us. There's an incredible amount of hurting people out there and millions upon millions of tax dollars being spent on non- citizens and that's NOT Fox propaganda

Thank you for your comment:). I just feel very led to speak about preparing. The Lord led us to where we are and I know that He has a purpose for me here. I will continue to show you all that I am doing in the garden and kitchen but hope you understand about feeling the need to talk about preparing. You can definitely skip these videos if that helps:)
