Do you know the price per sft in kanakapura in 1960 and 2023. If an acre cost 1000 or 1 lakh rs in 1960 the same land costs 50 crore in 2023. Lets say he and his family got 25 acres of land in kanakapura area his net worth will be 1250 crores apart from his business. with nothing who worked as daily wager can become world's 3rd richest person within no time you expect DK shivakumar can't even earn 1500 crores in his life time. Very insightful interaction. Mr. Rahul Kanwal, I think it would have been great if you can get some business ideas from DKS for Management students.
As someone who's interested in startups and business I'm finding it hard to understand how a student in Bangalore who couldn't afford a scooter for Ten thousand rupees is now worth One thousand crores +. Is it possible to host a session on "Art of Money making" from DKS. Especially the ethical way that he is claiming to be.
It is possible if you have intelligence and luck.. See what was Adani few decades back and what is he now.
There is no proven corruption charges against DKS, all these people made money through real estate, when Bangalore was growing all these people invested in real estate and made big time money.

On a serious note, I think the problem with large section of Indian citizens is we’ve lost the ability to question the people in power. Just because one is aligned on a political party’s ideology, we shouldn’t stop ourselves from questioning their work and their financial growth. I understand real estate booked in Bangalore, but to say that these politicians (irrespective of the party) made money without corruption is just limiting ourselves from the reality.

What these politicians did was to purchase land surrounding this area for dead cheap price and then they announced the airport project. After the announcement the land price shot up say more than 10 times and they sold land and made lots of money. This is one instance I am mentioning here, likewise thousands of projects they did. Tell me in this case based on what law you punish them..?? BTW to gain this business intelligence you need to be close to the politicians..
