    Young man, I like your style ;)
    Also, hunting on a 100 degree day qualifies you to be considered a true rockhound!!!
    Please keep up with videos!!!

      Hey Bob!!
      He's a better man than me!!
      I absolutely LOVE the Yellowstone and everything about it, but I'm afraid I'd be sittin in the shade when it hits the 100 degree mark!! 😩
      But he has the coolest, laid back videos and finds the very best Montanas 👍👍

    Thanks for sharing another post sir, much appreciated!👍 That pet wood definitely has a super crazy pattern in it~ Gotta get yourself one of those collapsible buckets to "wash" that white coating off.✔ They're cheap and light and really helps when you want to see into those spots covered with dried algae or other river sediment. Definitely a good day to be at the river to cool off whenever you get a little too warm~ Have a great weekend ahead!

    • @406findings
      @406findings  3 года назад +2

      Yeah that petrified wood is really sweet and I'll have to look into the collapsible bucket👍 thanks for watching 🍻

    Awesome finds. I so love Montana agates. I own a few I have purchased from KatyDid and Theo Kellison, and some other rocks. But you find some amazing stuff too. Thanks for sharing.

      @406findings  3 года назад +1

      @@RagnarRocks yeah fall or spring would be best and we have a fishing restriction rite now with all the heat and low water unfortunately.

    I'm heading that way this weekend on the way to California. going to spend a day on the Yellowstone. I'm hoping to find a nice gravel beach or two while I'm there. Any tips?

    • @406findings
      @406findings  3 года назад +1

      Yeah if you go later in the day the sun helps the agates glow making them easyer to find.

    • @406findings

      I have a flat lap I polish rocks on and I have done a video on that but hand polish is not something I have done yet so maybe in the future.
