I love you guys!! Been watching Dave for 7 years now. I’m 65 a disabled woman, whose husband suddenly passed away 7 years ago. I learned so much from Papa Dave about $$$! I’m now debt free, and I own my home 🏡. Thank God ❤
The steps gotta accept it. We all think we deserve a piece of the pie when people pass away and leave an inheritance. I don’t think you should feel bad about not sharing. The people that passed away didn’t include anyone else except who they left it to. We have to accept it and if people choose to share with us it is an act of kindness.
Good advice to anyone today, Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments. Everyone should have BTC in their portfolio….
Trading in many source of income that are independent of government paychecks is the prudent thing that everyone should be thinking about right now, especially given the global economic crisis. Good asset and digital currencies are still good trading at this time.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this, and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
As a beginner in this, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Jihan Wu is also my trade analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
Dad who was married to the 2nd wife for 16 years and dated for years beforehand and didn’t leave the “steps” any money is fine. However, if I inherited 3 million I would share some of it .. $50,000 per step is a kind gesture if you want to give … Live and GIVE like no one else.
If the brother was still alive how would the judge see this? Would the judge have split 50/50 at the divorce settlement? How long were they married? I hope the family can heal from their loss.🕊️
Not true-it's sound advice- if you just get your mortgage through Churchill Mortgage, refinance your student loan through yRefi, and get unregulated fake health insurance through Christian Healthcare Ministries all of your financial dreams will come true!!!!
The man who was left a few millions by his wealthy father SHOULD NOT be talking to all these stepfamily members about his inheritance. If he is in fact that close to the stepsister, and/or his Dad was, then maybe he should consider gifting her some funds. It’s sad his brother has passed and he has to deal with the brother’s wife. Sounds like the divorce wasn’t final so she’ll get the deceased brother’s (her husband’s) estate.
1:14:34 unless his daughter and SIL told Patrick in Orlando if they borrowed money in the future, how would he know? Technically they could get a paid for house now, borrow money in the future and never tell Patrick. Not everyone shares their financial situation with friends and family. I'm not suggesting they would do that, but it could easily be done.
@ashleydodd9145 I'm aware. My question was how would Patrick know if they borrowed money in the future if they didn't tell him. I'm not condoning that, but it could happen.

Jared's call - Clearly the steps were not adopted or they would have also inherited per stirpes. Adopted kids inherit at the same level as biological children.
Doesn't it have to specify per stirpes in the will? My parents and in-laws both lived in the same state. My parents didn't have per stirpes verbage in their will, per our request, as it would have royally screwed over our disabled son with regards to his SSI, HCBS and Medicaid if I predeceased him. My in-laws didn't honor that request. Fortunately (inheritance-wise only), both of my in-laws passed away prior to my husband, so per stirpes didn't apply. Only the house and household goods were per stirpes, all investments had beneficiary designations.
@@bettedavis9261 I think that depends on the state. In Virginia bios and adopteds inherit equally UNLESS a child is specifically disinherited by name in the will or a codicil. Per stirpes is written in the will in the event a child of the parent dies and the grandchildren then would inherit the child's part. I apologize for not making myself clear - I was primarily responding to the discussion about whether adopteds inherit at the same level as bios.
@@Trustbutverify2651 thank you for the clarification! In my in-laws' wills, each of the three sons' names was listed, followed by per stirpes. I just remembered having discussions with both sets of parents asking them not to leave anything to our youngest, disabled son, as it would mess up his SSI and Medicaid benefits.

So I'm a savings freak since I don't budget but I don't spend 😢 I can't pay money out of my account unless I need to. When I'm hungry I eat the cheapest meal I can or when my car needs electricity I charge. 4-6€ lunch is also a way to diet. I'm overall glad my wife makes us spend some. I just can't make the decision to pay money to get any stuff.

100%. People who listen to this boomer won't be truly successful. Avoiding bitcoin is the biggest mistake they will make in their lifetimes. Thinking that 100k for btc is expensive shows complete ignorance. With perhaps 2% global adoption and a tiny 2 trillion market cap (compared to 900 trilling in global assets), BTC is grossly undervalued and has an easy 100x ahead of it. Fair value for BTC is around 10 million to 20 million in today's dollars. There is a good chance we'll hit 500k + in 2025 and 1 million by 2028.
