@@Ninasanz83 Thank u!! Finally someone with some sense. They were indeed toxic. Mon-el was so terrible towards her (he did nothing but lie and not listen to her at all the entire 2nd season when they were dating). He did get slightly better in the 3rd season but I’m glad they didn’t make them a couple again. Even tho Mon-el did slightly get better in the 3rd season I couldn’t get over how terrible he was in the 2nd (especially towards Kara).

Melissa Benoist and Jesse Rath are both only 31. Most of the others are in their mid-late thirties. And that is still pretty young, so it's not that weird that they still look young. David Harewood is of course a bit older than the rest and Nicole Maines is only 22 so I think she's the youngest of the cast.
