Thank you amol till now i already thought that cat exam isnt for me i am an average student its only 40 days more to go but this morning i saw ur video i feel ek baar achesey koshish toh kar hee saktey hai so getting back at my preparations to achieve my goals.

Great video sir❣. Can you please share how to keep calm while giving mocks. I have observed that while giving mocks I am in pressure due to which my performance is affected.
There’s a trick. Whenever you feel like the pressure is overpowering, close your eyes for a minute or two. Don’t think anything during that time and take 3-4 deep breaths. You’ll think by doing this you’re wasting your time but that’s really not the case. Overall it’ll help you solve more efficiently than others :)

Also you mentioned you were weak in dilr. I'm really exhausted by trying diff thoughts nd approaches in lrdi . Getting very very low in this section. Please guide me a bit if you can.

Selection is the key for DILR. Before attempting questions in mocks spend some time in selecting the easy sets first. And for practise, try practising varied concepts from books like Arun Sharma etc

Yes it doesn’t matter at all. Just focus on getting a great percentile and that’s it :)

I came across your RUclips channel while I was searching IIM Vishakaptnam last September. Your videos are quite motivating. This year my cat percentile is 97.12 along with approximately 95 percentile in each section. I am a GEM with no work ex with 8/8/7 profile, basically an average profile with a few co curricular and extracurricular activities like journal publication in an International platform and participations in various other competitions and sports . Wanted to know how difficult it would be for me to convert IIM Vishakaptnam with this profile if I have a good GDPI round.
IIM V gives almost 50% weightage to PI. So if you perform well in the PIs, you'll surely make it as your profile is also decent :)

No you can only use the mouse to use it. That’s why a lot of time is wasted if you’re using it

Yea sure don’t wait for the completion of course. Start giving mocks right away and analyse them thoroughly :)

Bhai mai toh clearly hi bol rha hu, Im studying for the packages and the initial boost which IIMs provide. Koi openly bole ya na bole. Everyone will pretend that they are not in for the money. Bhai 25-30 LAKH fee de ke agar high income expect na kare toh vo chutiya hi hoga.
Haha I’m not saying you’re wrong. But after an year or two, these things will stop motivating you. But for now, if these things help you stay motivated then you can go on :)

There's no single best course for MBA. Choose a course which you're really interested in and want to make a career in that domain post MBA :)

Pehle LOD 1 ko baar baar solve kro don't move to LOD 2. Jab easily solve hone lag jaye, tab hi LOD 2 pe move karo.

Try mastering the arithmetic section first. And don’t rush to tough questions there are always 8-9 very easy questions in the actual exam :)
Did you join CATking for their turbo/intensive course? I am planning on giving CAT this year ,obviously i know the importance of self prep and hardwork and is ready to do that. Is this course worth going for ?
Personally I liked it as it matched with my preparation pace etc!

I used to give 2-3 mocks per week and in November I increased this to 3-4 mocks per week :)

There can be a barrier sometimes depending on the college, so it’s better you take up a couple of online certifications or internships

I gave only one attempt. And sorry, I can’t release my percentile publicly due to some limitations

12th - 46 % i make so many mistakes in it.
