Are you talking about The Old Man in 1989 and Howard in 1994 in the movie called Lassie? This is why I only saw a few episodes in season 1 and I stopped watching because the music was to sad and the scripts.
Rudd Weatherwax died the year I was born 1985, and you'll see at the end a dedication in the loving memory to seven generations of dogs (males) who played the Lassie character. Also Pal's original trainer and owner Rudd Weatherwax. Starrting with the original Pal in 1943 and descendants of the original dog.
Which Lassie series do you watch is Jeff's Collie, from 1954-1957, Timmy and Lassie from 1957-1964, or corey and Lassie (the ranger years), and the New Lassie? I saw a video interview with Jon Provost. He said he's still watches Lassie but it's a good cry.
I'm a Lassie Fan...and truly admire the writer British American Knight...and Lassie's TRainer and Owner Rudd Weatherwax! and all Lassies generations..this is the magic of movie....where there memories are cemented for later to be watched by the next generation to come..If only I have the mean..I will produce this Tv Series in Germany! WOW!! I love you Lassie!! watching this episode for the first tiem now..Febraury 16, 2021...Germany
From Lassie biography book 55 years of a dog's life here are the dogs that played the role fictional character Pal- Lassie 1(1943-1958) Lassie Jr 2 Baby - Lassie 3 Mier- Lassie 4 Spook- Lassie 5 ( credits only) Boy- Lassie 6 Hey Hey- Lassie 7 The Old Man- Lassie 8 Howard- Lassie 9
Its good to see Jon Provost as Steve McCullough in this series and it's good to see June and Tommy too. Its a shame; that they weren't in more episodes evidently Lassie Series in 1989.
Loved that first scene. The first shot of lassie @ 1:08 standing on the stone looking out reminds me of the intro during the Ranger years, and then running into a forest fire saving an animal is really reminiscent of those years. And the scene where she saves a raccoon falling of a cliff is a direct reference to one of the episodes of the original series (can't remember the episode, but definitely the scene). Then when she falls into the river, i remember an episode with Corey where she fell into a river. No offense to Timmy, but Corey had amazing on screen chemistry with Lassie.
I haven't seen lassie since I was so young. Every before sunrise up, I woke up between 4 am to see lassie along with my favorite childhood TV show on discovery kids (its the same one the hub channel before changing new name).
Intro so beautiful with beautiful people and great music. I can almost cry, it looks like the way life should be... (it looks similar to the Kingdom, only few will understand) . Sorry we have "American hating" liberals running things now...
I would have to agree with you, because I too hate Guns, and Hunters too, But I'm OK with Animal Control People Because They have a Job to do of Taken Stay Animals Off the Streets.
Do you have the Grand Canyon episode of 'Lassie', from the "Timmy' episodes? I am looking for the broadcast-length episode (25+ minute), not the syndicated ep. (21 min.) from the COZI networ,.
If you look at the RUclips channel 'collie lover' They have pretty much all of the episodes from the lassie series including the one about the grand canyon.
Never realized until now that Will kind of look like the other Timmy from the 90 lassie series. That actor 6 years younger and his first name is Corey. He played an asshole in one movie.
Lassie at Last Uncle Steve is shot by an over-eager hunter and Lassie is impounded for attacking the hunter. Now Will must rescue his canine friend and Lassie must get help for the unconscious Steve.
I looked up the cast of the New Lassie and saw that Robin Thicke was on it. I have no idea who he is except I knew right away he was Alan Thick's son. A splitting image of him (I thought it WAS Alan Thicke til I realized this was an old show and WOW, I couldn't BELIEVE Growing Pains aired first, BEFORE this
Will I know that Lassie saved Uncle Steve's life but she is a dog and animals don't get grounded, Will only kids do get grounded that disobey their parents for skipping school among drinking, drugs, and gambling under 21 years old.
🙌 You've found at least one Pakistani in me who have memories of watching this TV show on PTV. Those were good times when our state channel would show classic American and British shows & movies. We were really in touch with the international entertainment in 80s and 90s. Early evening slot would be fixed for children's programs. Feel bad for the children of this generation.
@@librasa78 trust me those were good days, I really miss my childhood, we used to watch different TV shows for kids from international, cartoons and movies, but now we only see boring dramas for adults on our channels
Lassiemom325- this is the first new Lassie series I saw when I was little. However, I did see another Series in 1997 on Animal Planet could you please also upload the Lassie TV series from 1997?
I Remember seeing The New Lassie when it was on "The Family Channel" (R.I.P), That and Father Dowling Mysteries (R.I.P Tom Bosley), The New Zorro, Rin Tin Tin K-9 Cop, The Adventures Of The Black Stallion (TV Series R.I.P Mickey Rooney) was the Best TV Series Ever!!!.
Not as much ravioli as I expected in this. I expected at least two tins of ravioli to have been revealed in the secret case. Don’t call an episode of Lassie ‘The Secret Case of Ravioli’ and not have ravioli in it. Seems unfair. Only watched it for the ravioli. 3 stars.
I agree with you Corey and Lassie had chemistry the ranger seasons and the alone years were the best Corey showed a lot of affection towards Lassie Timmy showed none
paralleltime : You never saw the three part episode titled ‘The Odyssey’. in the ‘Timmy-Lassie ‘ years then. You should try to watch it on You Tube. You might change your mind about the affection Timmy and Lassie had toward each other.
@paralleltime I disagree w/ u. If u read Elizabeth Pease comment, which she's right abt Timmy showing love AND affection to Lassie.... I watched all of them that Elizabeth mentioned especially I grew up watching them;)
Aww 🥺 This was my favourite TV series when I was little 💕 Got many memories back ✨☺️
I still have a crush on Wendy Cox🥺🥺🥺
Lassie, my childhood series ! ❤ brought back so many memories ..! Really happy to find it here 😊 as I am a born animal lover ❤
WOW! I can't believe one person trained 7 dogs to be as smart as Lassie!
Happy to watch one of my childhood memories again. Thanks for sharing.👍💜📺
Howard who plays Lassie is soooo adorable he is the great great great great great grandson of Pal
Actually pal didn't have papers so it was Lassie ll who started all the puppies
Howard isn't in the new Lassie
Sorry my mistake it is The Old Man who plays in this series
Are you talking about The Old Man in 1989 and Howard in 1994 in the movie called Lassie? This is why I only saw a few episodes in season 1 and I stopped watching because the music was to sad and the scripts.
Yes I am talking about them.
Great to see lassie back
I love you Lassie and your Trainer owner Rudd Weatherwax❤️

7 :52pm. I love all of Lassie episodes and movies I watch them all over and over again ❤❤❤❤😊

I haven't seen it yet. I just finished watching Lassie and now I'm onto this. Did Lassie know that Steve was Timmy?
I think so howeve, the dog named The Old Man. Plays the great daughter of Lassie the 1st dog Pal from 1943-1958.
love being able to watch this series and see young Will Estes (now on Blue Bloods) in his first acting gig
watching again May 7, 2024 ❤️🇩🇪🐕 I love Lassie ❤️🐕
Lassie is pure soal and she help all human and animals she is soooo sweet
Used to watch this on Fox in its first run when I was 14. It was a great show, the intro brings back great memories.
I also watched the series on the Family Channel on the I was 4. I'm glad they changed to music it doesn't sound as sad for the intro.
Loved that first scene. Beautiful scenery
I haven't seen lassie since I was so young. Every before sunrise up, I woke up between 4 am to see lassie along with my favorite childhood TV show on discovery kids (its the same one the hub channel before changing new name).
My favourite is season 17 where she’s on her own such tear jerkers
Intro so beautiful with beautiful people and great music. I can almost cry, it looks like the way life should be... (it looks similar to the Kingdom, only few will understand) .
Sorry we have "American hating" liberals running things now...

My childhood tv series
I LOVE Lassie and all the animals, I hate guns, hunters and animal control.
I would have to agree with you, because I too hate Guns, and Hunters too, But I'm OK with Animal Control People Because They have a Job to do of Taken Stay Animals Off the Streets.
lapounddogs lapounddogs, I too hate guns, and Hunters, But I've great respect for Animal Control People.
Thank You Lanny if Linda want to add her site link for mor info that will be great
RIP Christopher Stone
That old guy needs jail and placed in the nursing home. That animal control officer needs to be fired.
Can anyone tell me what happened to the Holdens in Lassie 1954? Did they just gave Lassie back to Timmy when he got older?
My Favorite Lassie ones were with Ranger Cory which I also have in my channel it's under the Lassie I grew up with
Do you have the Grand Canyon episode of 'Lassie', from the "Timmy' episodes?

So is Dee Wallace playing beside her husband?? I remember her from the movie, Cujo and other movies.
I just met Wendy Cox today!
Never realized until now that Will kind of look like the other Timmy from the 90 lassie series. That actor 6 years younger and his first name is Corey. He played an asshole in one movie.
Lassie meets the 80’s lol
Por favor me encanta esta serie , si hubiera alguna forma de ponerle subtítulos en español se los agradecería mucho.
Nostalgia 🥺
Do you have this in german?
whatever happened to timmy from lassie 1954
Are any of these on DVD anywhere??? O _ O I used to watch this series in the nineties!
Lassie at Last
Uncle Steve is shot by an over-eager hunter and Lassie is impounded for attacking the hunter. Now Will must rescue his canine friend and Lassie must get help for the unconscious Steve.
I know which one your talking about. That kid who plays Timmy looks just like Deathstroke son on arrow. Actually thought it was him.
I looked up the cast of the New Lassie and saw that Robin Thicke was on it. I have no idea who he is except I knew right away he was Alan Thick's son. A splitting image of him (I thought it WAS Alan Thicke til I realized this was an old show

It's weird they had Jon Provost in the opeing credits. he was hardly in any of the episodes.
Wendy wasn't in the first episode?
Lassie's not "different", all animals are angels.
They don’t know who they’re fcking with

serien lassie från 1997 sänd på svtbarn
I agree with you Corey and Lassie had chemistry the ranger seasons and the alone years were the best Corey showed a lot of affection towards Lassie Timmy showed none
There also Jeff that lived on the farm before Timmy I don't know if Jeff showed any affection towards Lassie either or not.

Timmy is not a great actor now that he’s older.
In my opinion Jon Provost is still good actor. I read an article and this is a sequel to the original Lassie series from 1954-1964.
Greedey, desparate attempt to exploit a wonderful series. Dumb plot, poorly cast. Lassie in suburbia, L.A. no less. (No place to bring up anyone.)
