You Astonish me every time I watch this. The timing and intonation along with inspiring fingering to replicate a complex piece for violin. You’re an Outstanding Woman young lady
What a joy to hear you play!!!! I first saw the video of Smoke get in the eye! My take without knowing much mire than the Viseo in question is that you are a Classical musician and behold!!!
SUBLIME**** Immense gratitude for having posted a High Resolution video of this jewel that I was watching and listening to since years. Your two performances of this Glass Violin Concerto are the most poignant one can feel. Endless Thanks and infinite Bravos.
Fall in love. A discovery. Glass eternal. A poem for a poetic music.
@@svetlanar1421 I've played sax for 50 years, primarily alto and soprano, and I have YT vids doing so. My experience tells me that her breathing, fingerings, and the sounds, do not match. One should ask themselves, 'why do Amy's vids seem so fundamentally different than any other saxophonist they've even seen before?' I say it's because the"performance' is merely a dramatic illusion....
Loved watching this in 2020, I can’t believe I have forgotten about it until now🤷🏻♂️🙌👩🏼🔥🇦🇺😁💋😎🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Such a pleasure, this piece and the way Amy plays it. Beautifully performed, and the control for that circular breathing… such a sweet sound
That’s the heaven for me, listening to you.🎉
She is an angel and Glass, a genius
Amazing. Great talent she is. And my favorite composer.
Circle breathing alone is impressive to watch, add to that the mastery of the instrument!
amazing- circular breathing. masterful- thanks so much.
An extraordinarily phenomenal and beautiful performance.
As a Glass-adept, this is the best I ever heard. Love her interpretations of all Glassworks.

Fake!
could you explain why?
@@svetlanar1421 Do you think she is playing what you hear?
@@coajrmusic well yes.. I mean there is an accompaniment in the background which is not showed but the solo why not?

If you mean she recorded this before shooting the video, then yes, sort of, I guess. Lol 😂
