- Boulangerie Kokoro is a bakery in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture, which is closely related to the local area. The owner, Mr. Okamoto, has a history of being involved in bread making at famous stores, such as Boulangerie where he studied bread making at BURDIGALA and was assigned to the bakery department at the Ritz-Carlton Kyoto at a young age. Ovo je veoma težak posao i svaka čast ovom mladom čovjeku. Ovo može da radi samo onaj koji ima puno ljubavi za ovaj posao
