NFPA 13R Hydraulic Calculations with Sigma 8800 Dashboard Hydraulics

This video is about hydraulic calculations for an apartment layout using the program 8800 dashboard hydraulics from sigma. We go through the process of using the program to create a hydraulic model of the apartment's piping system, starting with the source node and labeling subsequent nodes with numbers. We also go over various elements of the piping system such as T's, elbows, and ball valves, and mentions the lengths and slopes of various pipes and the positions of sprinkler systems. Finally we note that the numbering system is arbitrary, with the only requirement being that the source node must be labeled "0."
In our next video we will create a riser detail in 3d with Sketchup.

I’ve found the Sigma website, but there isn’t an option to buy it. Very strange. Any suggestions how to get it?

Yes, I feel like they could use some updating to their website as well. I'm sure they are missing out on some sales by not having an option to buy directly from their site.
I would call the number on their website, or send them an email. I believe I first contacted them through email.
