Hi I just can't separate the "hair" without getting a tangled mess! Any advice?

Tangling can not be avoided, however do it in small sections so that tje hair is easy to manage. Also, before you start separating use vaseline or any petroleum jelly on tje hair. Not too much. This reduces tangling. I hope this helps.
