No, I don't think that this would be necessary. I walked around San Diego Comic Con for five days and was fine :) However, if you wanted to add soles to the shoes it would work too I guess. Let me know how it works out! Have fun at NYCC!
Hello! How do you wash your suit with the shoes? Can they be put in the washing machine normally? I have many zentai suits and I typically machine wash them like I do normal clothes and then hang them up to dry. Would that still work even with the water shoes glued in?
I'm cosplaying Ladybug for a convention and this is awesome thank you!! Do you have any tips for using your phone while in a body suit? Only thing I can think of is using a stylus but I'd like to attach something to the fingers if that's at hing that's possible
Casserdee :3 I followed this tutorial and the shoes held up so well first of all. So thank you! Also I ended up cutting holes in my thumb and forefinger. I just couldn’t be bothered 🤣
Rob Alfie Inostroza-Lindley got a suit with these soles for almost 3 years now, it survived several cons, San Diego Comic Con included. Never had any problems with this method. 🤷♀️

I believe so! they have drainage as they are made for water, and once the E6000 glue is cured it will be waterproof

Full shoe! I would never go with soles only, it wouldn't be comfortable at all.

Skeletxnqueen I cut off the little rubber part off of the stylus and glue it to my finger. Doesn’t always work but🤣🤣

What are the shoe soles from
I tried the lazy way and asked for soles in my suit order from zentai zone they aren’t very good so theres always next time
They also offer to sew in kung fu shoes now. They're supposed to be really good :)
Do you use an X-Acto knife to cut off the excess material that is glued onto the bottom of the soles?
Ryan Parker I usually use small scissors but a x-acto knife should work too :)
