Have you guys noticed that their real life story is kinda similar to their characters in the untamed? Wei ying is targetted and hated by everyone and lan zhan has no choice but to remain silent but eventually the truth comes out and he is no longer hated, the same thing happend to xiao zhan irl and wang yibo couldn't say anything.
In the untamed they both are separated (for 16 years) but are finally able to meet again, same thing happened to them irl china banned them to be together for 6 years and the ban will be removed in 2026.
I just find it so interesting...
Now, regardless of them being together or not , i think they have built a friendship that brings them peace , and its sad that fans went and ruin that, i have followed Yibo through the years and i think this is the happiest he has been off screen with his film crew, that is if he's not dancing, singing or racing and a whole lot of other things he does, i think xaio zhan really did bring out the best in him and vice versa. Its sad to see them not having those moment they have built anymore, but I'm a great supporter of these two great souls ...i love them so much and i hope they find their peace .

True. I simply fell in love with them after watching The Untamed.I love the characters they played, but I love them off screen,too. Whatever the real situation is between them, good friends or a real couple, I respect them. Wishing them happiness , good health & peace of mind and more success professionally. ❤💚🥰
How did the fans ruin it? It was that fanfiction and some xz fans that took a fanfic too seriously and the Chinese government being homophobic banned yizhan to be together.

I noticed that whenever Xiao gets jealous, Yibo is very considerate to make him feel better. Like their fan meet, after Xiao showed his not very happy face because Yibo and Yubin are talking, you can clearly see that Yibo tried not to go on with the conversation with Yubin and just give all his attention to Xiao.

You find that one person you gravitate towards, that feels safe. I wouldn't want to be analyzed like this. Although, I understand it's what fans do. If they were women, everyone would think they were absolute besties. But because they're 2 men, they're gay? Don't get me wrong. They could very well be. But it's really no one's business. Their job is to entertain ON screen. Once those cameras stop rolling, we have no rights to their business. The fact that actors and actress can't be seen dating or get married because fans think they own the rights to what they do in their private lives has never sat well with me. Chinese dramas are some of the best television in the world. But the entertainment culture over there is something else. I couldn't imagine being in that line of work and having my life and how I live it dictated to me by other people I've never met. If someone's fans were real fans, they would want nothing but absolute happiness for their idol/s. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand its the chinese culture. These are just my personal feelings..❤
