You fried those to perfection. I absolutely love oyster mushrooms. Here in Iowa, USA we have two types of oysters. The white ones grow wild in the colder months. Then we have a golden oyster mushroom that likes the warmer months as long as it gets some rain. I have gone out and harvested those by the bushel basket in an hour's time.
