the only reason T ARA be called " can't sing " because of their voice can't fit some of their song, they had QRI who has one of the weakest voice in KPOP and they chose the wrong main vocalist to handle the heart of the song....but people never said eunjung and hyomin can't sing, it just their voice isn't really have much emotion and feeling even theirs really strong :)
bum baby Qri doesn't have a weak vocie. Her is just different from most. Like jiyeon her voice is very strong or a power house like eunjung or hyomin.I actually love all of t-ara vocie because there so unique. Definitely qri she sound like to me a real life hastune miku.
