This is such a horrible thing to do to friends and family 👪
Those who do take their own life are in a lot of pain 💔 💯
But it's Those that are left behind that are suffering the most
Parents, siblings, cousins, and extended family and friends ❤
Those that are left behind die a thousand times ⏲
Questions that can never be answered
I say this as a 👨 man
To all men who are going through hard times ⏲
Or through depression
Please, please talk 👄 🙏
For your families sake please dont suffer in silence
Men are too proud to talk
And that's the reason why suicide in men is 75 to 80% higher than women worldwide 🌐
