He may be have been abused by others but between the ML and FL he is the one who abused her for the vast majority of the drama! It’s weird that we are expected to accept his abusing her because he was abused himself in the past. That doesn’t make his abuse of her acceptable.

Watched beginning & gone to the end to see if fl with her ex husband. She is so im skipping. I have no answers or why they married & in 3 years they didnt had wife & husband relationship or why he divorced but... The way most of the time these dramas goes ml divorced fl to take care of green tea & her pregnancy. Like i have no patience to watch this bs. Green tea might pretend to be pregnant or be pregnant with ml brother kid but why that ml problem? And why he needs to sacrifice his marriage to take care of it? And the part when he abandons fl & after starts to stalk her like some creep & demand her to answer why she seeing other man. 🙄 And I don't understand fl taking ml back. The moment ml priority become green tea & not fl im out of here. Ain't wasting 3h for this.

There's a very good reason and an answer to your pondering and it was explained in the drama but spoiler alert, he was impersonating her true first love so he felt it inappropriate to do that, even though he's in love with her.
The like eachother but his parents disturbed and destroyed their relationship.he forced to divorce his wife and he dont have a mistress that sfl make a story he pregnant his child but turn out sfl pregnant with his own brother.later ml tell the truth and always protect fl.i hate when ml parents make ml trauma and i like when ml destroys his own family because of his selfish parents 🎉
The script stinks, write better scripts for the actors. It us just terrible, use psychology to develop the characters instead of trying just produce some cintent.
