After recording the voice-over I went back and changed the name of the building from 'reptile house' to 'crocodile house' but forgot to edit a fix into the video! 😂 oops! 😁
This looks amazing! You are a whiz with roofs, that's something that I always have a hard time with! I always feel like I end up making all of my buildings square or rectangular because I have so much trouble with covering different shaped buildings with roofs.
My dream is to build beautiful things like that but my skills with the construction tools in this game is so sad 😂 my builds all end up the same way: a habitat with a fence, some trees and a stone.
A really delightful build! I particularly enjoy that you always plaster the ponds etc. you put in habitats -- it's a great realistic touch, and makes your builds instantly recognisable (to me, at least). Ditto the concrete pillar where the wooden poles go in the water, it makes such a difference. Also really like the angled entrance to the building (gives a modern twist, very stylish) & the framed wall planters inside the building (also stylish + a nice way to add in greenery). Great work as always.
Love the build! Really like how Sequora has a backstory to it...perhaps I should do something like that for a sandbox zoo! And for 11:27 I think you were alluding to a mnemonic but I might be wrong :/
Have you ever done a walk-in exhibit, there are a few animals it can work with llamas being an inexpensive option. I love your builds and I think it would be fun to see you do a guest walk-in exhibit, as I haven't really seen anyone do one.
i've been nonstop watching your videos this afternoon, your talent is amazing and I wish I could build as good as you. i started playing planet zoo since a couple days ago and I'm only just getting used to the building aspect of it because of your videos. keep up the good work! you're doing great
I always use the Betty white rap from community to remember how the classifications go. Not a mnemonic device but uhhh it gets the job done!! Love ur builds as always
It looks so cool! i love the shade structures you made at the saltwater croc exhibit :D And as for animal suggestions maybe zebra's? I know that they are sometimes (Illegally?) kept as pets so it could work in the rehab/sanctuary concept!
For a sequel to this one you could build a Crocodilian House featuring all 4 in the game; Saltwater Crocodile, Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman, Indian Gharial, and American Alligator.
Really cool build! I love it. And cool to know there's a new collab coming! A lot of the collabs so far have been "we did a planco collab and now we will do a planzoo collab" which is great and all - but I sometimes feel like they started these projects because of inertia from planco, not because they were really passionate about a PlanZoo collab. And they've been really good, but you can kinda tell when someone feels forced to make something. I'm psyched to see an organically formed PlanZoo collab!
Now what's this. I go away to school for 5 months and you triplle in subs. It's good to see you are getting recognition ( I'm Oivia Sheehan from before if you remember me ). Happy New Year everyone. Happy 2021
Love this, you never disappoint. I am trying, without much luck, to create the og monkey house from ZT1 like you did with the Aviary. Since mine has to house the chimps, it is larger but coming along. Your aviary was just awesome.
Damn this is the first video I watched, and I am loving it! You are so talented! So glad this came on my recommended page! Keep up the great work! You have 1 subscriber more!
I love this build. I looks really good. I love the shape of the house and the different shades you make. I think of animals you could many do: lemurs Camel Zebra Pronghorn Llama Some of the exhibit animals Tortoise both species Capuchin monkey Tapir. I know you said no big cat and such. But a single jaguar or Bengal tiger could be cool. The story could be that the cat is saved from a private animal collector and your zoo was the only one able to take this lonely perhaps older cat.? Il sorry if I mentioned an animal already in the zoo.
@@SimplySavannahYT you're welcome. I just think that it sounds fairly reasonable. Here I Denmark there is a small private zoo near me. They have a single white tiger, bc it can't be used for the breeding program. So if the tiger couldn't live there it must likely would be euthanized
Hey, really like your builds, they are really cool. Hate to nit pick, but they belong to the same order not the same family. Crocodiles are in a separate family to alligators and caiman. Just thought you might like to know😁
Did I miss speak? I'm sorry! I definitely meant to say they all belong to the same order but get differentiated at the family level. Thanks for catching that! 😁
Thanks so much for another great build. Can I make a request though, I hate seeing animals alone in an enclosure 😢 - is there any way Sequora Zoo can get a small grant so all the animals can be with a friend?? Cheers. Xx
Unfortunately this habit wouldn't upload well as a single blueprint item due to the water and terrain work. Sequora Zoo will be uploaded as a zoo file when its all done! 😁
This looks really noice, I love the little details of each habitat for the animals, I have a suggestion for maybe the next animal I’d love to see some cheetahs with maybe just say that somebody use to illegally own them as Cubs, anyway that’s all keep up the good work
I really like this house, I’ve been looking to make also something like this in Planet Zoo but I couldn’t find inspiration, now I have it! Maybe an animal you should make a habitat for next are camels or tapirs
it's a good idea that you didn't put the otters and the caiman near each other. in real life, they have the BIGGEST hatred for one another. caiman will actively hunt baby otters and the otters will actively attack, kill and sometimes eat the caiman. their aggression toward each other is so bad that most zoos actually don't put their enclosures near each other for fear of an all-out riot.
Crocodiles don't belong to the same family as caimans and alligators, they belong to the same order. Also the way you talked about taxonomy in general is extremely false. They're not as closely related as you think either, they split over 50 million years ago. The reason for the "exception" you talked about the difference between tortoises and turtles isn't because taxonomy has random exceptions like that, it's because you don't understand the difference between a turtle and a tortoise. Furthermore, using external physical characteristics to be able to separate different species is only a convenience and can be highly misleading because of convergence evolution. It's why molecular data is what decides taxonomy
Thank you for the comment! Apologies if I misspoke regarding the family/order! However, I said in the very beginning of the information that I was going to talk about one of the simplest ways to differentiate animal species apart - not the ONLY way. How "closely" related animals are to one another is extremely relative. For example, I'd say crocodiles and caimans are very closely related compared to a crocodile and a hedgehog. In addition, sorting things by Kingdom, order, family, ext. isn't even the most up to date way to categorize animals but I was not going to sit here and try to explain cladistics during my video. I completely understand that characterizing animals goes way beyond their physical appearance. My video is meant to be fun while also giving people a little information about the animals we are working with but at the end of the day my audience are still video game people, not biologists 😁
@@SimplySavannahYT "I'd say crocodiles and caimans are very closely related compared to a crocodile and a hedgehog." Yes, it's true and reflected in taxonomy. It's one of the more obvious examples because reptiles look nothing like mammals. I get that you're not going on depth because of your audience, but it still wrong. And when it comes to turtles/tortoises, all tortoises are turtles but not all turtles are tortoises obviously. And even for them, there's ways to be able to tell them apart through their physical features that are more accurate than what you said
Hello! I have a idea for a future build, build a hippo area that’s underground. While it’s underground make like a food court on top and a habitat under. Go wild with my idea! Hope this idea gets used. Anyways your builds are amazing and so are you! :D Have a nice Day/Night.
After recording the voice-over I went back and changed the name of the building from 'reptile house' to 'crocodile house' but forgot to edit a fix into the video! 😂 oops! 😁

The last episode of Sequora zoo was a walk through peafowl habitat! 😁 But I think another walk through exhibit could work well!
Do you have any vídeos showing how to build? Teaching to use the tools 🥰
I dont have any tutorials yet, but many other creators do! 😁 or, if you stop by my streams I'm happy to answer questions ❤
