I'm 6 weeks after rhinoplasty and there's still a bump on my bridge, I'm concerned now that not enough was taken down, any advice would be appreciated?
Doctor iam 15 months after a septoolasty I have air way passage blocked in the right inside it is starting to devastate me draining me I will try this I have to smoke smoking too
Hello my sister had nose job and her nose hole is kinda different and the doctor said to message it but can you tell me how can she message her nose so her nose hole get normal?
How long do you wait until you can massage? I’m 9 days post op. Tbh, I don’t have that much swelling considering I’m 9 days post op. I massaged gently, toward the face lymph nodes on my face in general (cheeks, neck, forehead) with arnica cream to drain swelling and help bruising… man, it worked well! Barely a bruise left 9 days out.
