The last one the mannequins look away from him and the chalk outline is empty, a large variety of clean weapons on display. He finishes right before the timer goes down, but when he tries to advance the mannequins spring to life and drag him back in with the door closing as his screams are heard. Here are some explanations of the deaths. K1-B0: He gets thrown in a trash can with all the things that he enjoys that are show in his free time. Monokuma throws him in the trash to make sure he knows that he will never be a human like he wants to be and he’ll only be trash. The trash can even says no humans trash only. In his final moments he finally gets to feel his first and last human emotion. Fear. Keade: I’m not really sure what’s happening there. Ryoma: as you can see his kind of resembles Leon’s execution. He is stuck with tennis balls until he dies but he is also handcuffed. This is to remind him of his time in jail for what he did. He killed a gang that killed his family and his lover. Kaito: I’m also not sure about. Nagito: he was placed on a wheele In each part there were monamis and in one there was nagito. It would spin around and kill whoever it landed on. Bc of Nagito’s luck it never landed on him. It kept spinning him around around making him dizzy and vomit. Eventually he had enough and wanted to die. Thanks to his luck. He did. Mahiru: She was stranded on a small island with a camera and a photo album. As she flipped through the photo album it showed pictures of herself sitting on the island looking at the same photo book. At that moment the camera took a picture. She kept flipping the pages just to see more photos of herself on the islands and more photos Being taken of her. Eventually she flips to a photo of her dead body. As the camera was about to take a photo she tries to throw it in the water but a white hand grabs her from behind and kills her. Shuichi: he is locked in rooms with his hands tied. He was to figure out murder cases to be able to escape. In each room there are mannequins. They all stare at him as he tries to uncover the truth. To the end of the execution the eyes of the mannequins remind him of the first case he solved. When he regretted finding the truth because of that man’s stare of pure hatred to him. Finnaly shuichi manages to solve the last case. The door opens and he leaves as he’s about to leave the mannequin pulls him back inside and shuts the door. You then see blood coming out from underneath the door. Rantaro: I don’t remember his either. 😢 Himiko: she is places in a glass cage that is chained up. Monokuma tells her to use her magic to escape. There is no trick though. There is no way to escape. She’s just locked in there waiting to die. She frantically looks for a way out as the water fills up. Eventually she dies knowing that her magic wasn’t real. She dies admitting to everyone that it was only tricks and she didn’t have real magic. Miu: I never heard of hers. Gundam: I don’t remember much but I know he was in a hamster wheele being chased by something. Eventually he looses his footing all falls over. I then think that wheele rolls over to his dark devas of destruction. He quickly covers them with his body dying saving them. Kokichi: he is hooked up to an electric chair. He is than asked a bunch of questions. Every time he lies he gets electrocuted. He can’t do anything but lie bc it’s his whole personality. Every time he gets shocked he lies to everyone telling them he’s fine and it Dosent hurt. That just makes him be electrocuted more eventually causing him to die. Kazuichi: he is tied to a huge idk what it’s called anyways. It digs down into the earths crust eventually reaching the middle of the earth. He gets burned to death there. Fuyuhiko: he is in the middle of a gang attack. He sees a shadow of peko and he runs over to protect her. He is happy to see that she may still be alive. Her gains hope that he can save her. But as peko turns around it was just a shadow of another Monokuma that turns around and shoots him. Hina: like Himikos performance she is put into a tank. The curtains close and when the open again she is not there. There are only sharks. You made it to the end. Have a cookie 🍪
For kaede’s execution I’m not sure if this is canon to the drawing I just read it from somewhere: Kaede falls into the holes between the keys of the piano and is slowly crushed to her death by a amateur pianist
I think for Rantaro, I read somewhere that his execution goes something like this: Also spoilers, but Rantaro was the ultimate survivor. So Rantaro is tied up to a pirate ship with all the monokubs dressed as sailors, eventually another ship comes by and starts a fight with the ship Rantaro is on. He ends up being the last one alive and dies with the sinking ship. I may have gotten a few things wrong, I’m not the best at remembering but I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes.
Or donuts... You could like, tie her hands and feet together so she forms a ring, like with the spine on the inside, so it hurts more and eventually breaks, then you could fry her. Like a donut!

kaeda’s one was probably the saddest one reasons why her classmates had to watch her suffer in pain for 8 hours straight? since she was getting hung she barely had any time to breathe each time she gets lifted up. she tried to keep a smile. she was thrown rocks at. lastly, she was framed.
Because of the intense jerking she most certainly suffered a broken neck far before the eight hours were up. Though, I’m sure the students were being tortured nonetheless.
Mahiru: Mahiru has to constantly take camera shots for everybody and now she has to take some for monokuma she is trapped with monokuma in a dark room there are multiple shadowy figures with knives and she has to take pictures of them so they can go away but she has a certain amount of film and when she runs our the camera explodes and the shadowy figures come and tsab her until death
Aoi drowning at the end made me upset. When the second floor opened up the pool I had a feeling she would die in it ,being the ultimate swimmer. It was a pleasant surprise that she survived since she was more emotion based thinking than logical. Thankfully this aren’t canon woo
Unused doesn’t mean that they didn’t get executed. these are executions that were never used, meaning that even if a character did get executed they could still have an old execution that wasn’t used
the thing is, byakuya's (which wasn't used but i'm pretty sure did have an official concept) would have been one of the worst in my opinion. iirc, he would have had garbage thrown/dumped all over him, left to freeze outside, and then something else i don't remember. the executions aren't centered around their talents, it's their fears. prime example: celeste. she wanted to go out extravagantly and uniquely, like being burned as a witch, but was killed by the firetruck hitting her, leaving her to die the most common death for teenagers (car accident). byakuya is afraid of being a failure, so his execution would have been DETRIMENTAL to him and the .5mm thread holding his pride and ego together. Kokichi’s execution, despite being awful (who did he kill? Or were people just like, “No more lying for you!” And have him executed and Monokuma accepted it) suits him well. If you watch his full execution, he actually dies surrounded by Monokubs dressed as Dice, with his delirious state after being electrocuted and being about to die, he believes he dies surrounded by Dice. It’s sad, but I think he would’ve been fine with that death.
What I thought would have been a much more mentally shaking execution for Leon is maybe being tied down and having all of his blood siphoned out. Blood is a humans only means of having strength, and that’s what Leon values the most in himself along with his skill.
It would be more painfull if it was in the game and you just voted wrong the person would be executed first then alm the other after seeing their mistakes.
nagito's execution: He is tied onto a wheel, monokuma spins while throwing knives at the wheel, because of his luck he continues to spin and he was filled with vomit and he wished to die and he dies
That is Nagito Komaeda, the Ultimate Lucky Student. In his unused execution, Nagito would be tired to a spinning wheel while darts were shot at him, but due to his luck, they'd all miss. Eventually though, Nagito gets sick of getting spun around, and with no better course of action, gives up on life, making it so his luck allows a dart to shoot right through his head to put him out of his misery.
Miu(what i think) : She was being trapped in a room above lava she had 3 tools a hammer , screwdriver and a drill she had to open the vent to escape the room noticed the lava and didn't have a choice she saw Monokuma behind her fixing him up also escaping at the exact same time unfortunately she was falling and still fixing the fake Monokuma and fell into the lava ending up as just bones MAYBE IDK

danganronpa actually became mostly real. in harvard after a teacher saw his son playing the game, they made it real. except if you were found guilty you just had to run around the classroom 20 times. but somehow the mastermind was caught and no one except the mastermind was found guilty.

Mahiru: Mahiru has to constantly take camera shots for everybody and now she has to take some for monokuma she is trapped with monokuma in a dark room there are multiple shadowy figures with knives and she has to take pictures of them so they can go away but she has a certain amount of film and when she runs our the camera explodes and the shadowy figures come and tsab her until death
Aoi drowning at the end made me upset. When the second floor opened up the pool I had a feeling she would die in it ,being the ultimate swimmer. It was a pleasant surprise that she survived since she was more emotion based thinking than logical. Thankfully this aren’t canon woo

Unused doesn’t mean that they didn’t get executed. these are executions that were never used, meaning that even if a character did get executed they could still have an old execution that wasn’t used

the thing is, byakuya's (which wasn't used but i'm pretty sure did have an official concept) would have been one of the worst in my opinion.
iirc, he would have had garbage thrown/dumped all over him, left to freeze outside, and then something else i don't remember.
the executions aren't centered around their talents, it's their fears. prime example: celeste. she wanted to go out extravagantly and uniquely, like being burned as a witch, but was killed by the firetruck hitting her, leaving her to die the most common death for teenagers (car accident). byakuya is afraid of being a failure, so his execution would have been DETRIMENTAL to him and the .5mm thread holding his pride and ego together. (can you tell he's my favorite character?)

Kokichi’s execution, despite being awful (who did he kill? Or were people just like, “No more lying for you!” And have him executed and Monokuma accepted it) suits him well. If you watch his full execution, he actually dies surrounded by Monokubs dressed as Dice, with his delirious state after being electrocuted and being about to die, he believes he dies surrounded by Dice.
It’s sad, but I think he would’ve been fine with that death.

What I thought would have been a much more mentally shaking execution for Leon is maybe being tied down and having all of his blood siphoned out. Blood is a humans only means of having strength, and that’s what Leon values the most in himself along with his skill.

That is Nagito Komaeda, the Ultimate Lucky Student. In his unused execution, Nagito would be tired to a spinning wheel while darts were shot at him, but due to his luck, they'd all miss. Eventually though, Nagito gets sick of getting spun around, and with no better course of action, gives up on life, making it so his luck allows a dart to shoot right through his head to put him out of his misery.

Miu(what i think) : She was being trapped in a room above lava she had 3 tools a hammer , screwdriver and a drill she had to open the vent to escape the room noticed the lava and didn't have a choice she saw Monokuma behind her fixing him up also escaping at the exact same time unfortunately she was falling and still fixing the fake Monokuma and fell into the lava ending up as just bones

His name of his execution would be "The 12 Strikes to Midnight" Before his execution will start, He saw one of his 12 sisters stuck in chains on their wrists. Rantaro tries to save them. But, He can't cuz he has chains on his wrists. His execution goes like this, The short hand is pointing at the youngest. While, The long hand moves freely. The long hand will start moving at the right. Because, It resembles as a clock. So, The long hand moves really fast slicing all his sisters in half. The long hand moves to the oldest then the youngest. Rantaro tries to save his little sister, But it's too late. They all died and Rantaro starts crying. But, A large cuckoo clock appears at him. And it stabs him on the chest then he died.
