Hi, I am having a problem with Adobe illustrator CC 2015. I installed it but toolbar does not allow me to select any of the tool options or i am not able to get the sub tool menus to open. I also tried CS6 version but results same, can you help me solving this problem?

Confused! When I try to get those inside anchor points, how do you get the two handles to display, sop that you get rid of the one (around the 7:06 mark)? When I click the anchor point to remove it, nothing happens.

Hi,my chinese star is dissapearing while using pen tool. any advise?
+Jason Hill thank you for your quick answer. Actually I did not realize I had on my fill colour and colour was white so thats why the shape was disappearing. now its ok. thank you for great tutorial.
what is the benefit of locking the image layer Mr.Jason Hill ?
Thank you very much , you really helped :))
Thank you!!! This was driving me crazy today!
Does it only let you do closed shapes now??All of a sudden I can't draw a straight line without having to make it into a shape
great question and finally an answer. not one tutorial tells you how to end a line (except for closed shapes) with the pen tool. even the pen tool 101 videos.
subscribe done
