I absolutely agree. And I speak on alot of those things when I tell my story or when I host awareness events. I try very hard to erase stigma when it comes to HIV and AIDS
@@lifeloveandhiv1071stigmas are good. They keep people from engaging in high risk behaviors. That’s like saying you’re trying to erase the stigma behind murdering other people. Or the stigma when it comes to doing drugs. I don’t believe we should dehumanize people who have HIV or AIDS, but what you are doing is dangerous. Stigmas exist for a reason.
Um duh….that’s like saying “I don’t think people are afraid of falling it’s the fear of getting hurt when they hit the floor” obviously the whole reason they don’t want to get tested is because of the results.
I think this is fantastic. I did one of these as a self test today. They are very good, even though there's better 4th Generation tests out there now. I think you are very brave to do this. I do think the the counsellor was pretty mechanical though. There didnt seem to be much emotional care, it was very factual, and robotic. Well done!
@@louisemarija6276 yes 3 insti tests at 10 weeks are 100% proof you did not aquire hiv. To be honest, 1 test at 6 weeks is 95% as most people bar those with underlying health conditions would test positive at the 6 weeks mark on an antibody test.
@@MegaUK101 Thank u so much. I never heard of insti before but some healthcenter in norway are using the professional red test so I ordered the home kit from insti. I was so afraid and pour too much blood haha
@@lifeloveandhiv1071 this was kind of irresponsible. As you know, ANY test on rapid is either "reactive" or "non-reactive". If reactive, the person is immediately referred to a hospital for an HIV confirmatory test (4th Generation HIV1 & HIV2 Antigen-Antibody test + HIV1 RNA test).
I love that Unstoppable by Sia is playing in the background! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
I don’t think ppl are actually scared of getting the test done.... it’s the positive results and stigma that comes with it that scare ppl.

Ughm... what? That's literally the reason one is scared of getting the test. What are you even saying?

I took three insti tests after 10 weeks and they was negative. Is insti a good test or do u suggest other?

I don't think it was wise to do this. In fact, it was unnecessary. Especially knowing that you are already positive.
how, because someone is testing her w gloves?
Maybe to stay undetectable
Hiv testing window period antibody end antigen please answer my exposure after 9 month all test nagetiv please advise testing again yes no
They didn’t change their gloves once
Did you tell him prior that you were positive?
No I did not...I wanted to show a true reaction from the person doing the test
#SurvivingHIV I loved this! Please more vlogs and videos😻❤️

How did you get it if you don't mind me asking.
The person that gave it to me was born with it and didn't disclose that to me
