God spoke the truth when he said that this was the worst Nativity scene ever.
It was a Saturday night. I was in the military and went to a Burger King to eat. The assistant manager was working the register and the BK was as busy as you can imagine a BK to be on a Saturday night. I placed my order.
They were filming a movie in town and evidently one of the production assistants was in line behind me. She stepped up to the register and said "I need 350 whoppers and 350 orders of fries. I have assorted drinks to order, let me know when you're ready for that."
Asst. Mgr.: "There's a McDonald's down the street. Why are you picking on my restaurant?"
Prod. Asst.: "The director specifically said Burger King."
Asst. Mgr.: "I don't have enough people to fill that order. It's Saturday night and it's busy."
Prod. Asst.: "Can you hurry? The director is very impatient."
I got my order and the BK crew filled that large order. I felt really bad for them.
Cool story. I'm glad I don't work in movies OR fast food!
I hope that in the film there is some scene (at least one) from the Old Testament, because nothing from the New one is even found in the jewish Bible. It's hard to say that crew attempts to film a whole Bible when you see only a birth of Yeshua/Jesus...
Oh yeah, they cover Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel (played by Lou Ferrigno and Andy Dick), Moses (played by Soupy Sales), and Noah. In the worst way, of course!
