Is that a mountain of smiling bodies was present as well, and with the birds serving as a distraction, it could grow in power and go completely unnoticed. Once the last of the three birds fell, it was now the empowered Smiler left, who proliferated amidst the chaos and feasted upon the asylumers, consuming their bodies one by one. However, in the intensity of it all, a brave-- or perhaps foolish --asylumer faced the Smiler and put an end to its feast by using the Tsar Bobm.
