I honestly believe that this is an issue so many people in our generation face. But it is still not really talked about while so many people struggle with something like this. My view: Its cuz of increasing rates of separation of parents. Do not get me wrong here: I do not advocate against people separating when it clearly isn't working out. But I believe people of the generation of our parents had children too often with people that clearly didn't fit them, resulting in too many separations that definitely change the psychological condition of their children. It is so interesting to me how often people like Nate who are able to reflect on their issues have separated parents. Cant be a coincidence....

Im not like these people who listen to a song once and think its the most lit thing ever. Really gotta let it soak in. Even some songs on his older albums (back to mansion) im appreciating more and more. I thought it was just me, guess not

Hey, I doubt you’ll ever see this but listening to your music helps me get through a lot of rough times. This is my favorite of any of your songs because even though you’re talking to your younger self, it feels like you’re talking to me. Basically every part of this song I relate to. I know God led you to be a rapper because of people like me. When I’m about to lose hope in life, your music gives me the strength to not give up which is why I’m grateful God led you to be this person :)
