Watching these has made me realise how important it is to find like-minded people to train with, I do all my running solo but I'm going to try and reach out and find others next season. Really felt for Abby, I got a stress fracture right at the start of season and I was devastated can't imagine how hard it must be for a pro at the top of their game to get injured. Wishing her a fast recovery.

Just gonna say, I don’t run in adidas, but I have hiked many hundreds of miles in terrex hiking shoes, and they have unmatchable grip on the trails. Truly impressive traction
