@@geo2562 I kinda searched abt that before and asked some people who are religious and know about religion stuff and they said that it isn’t about the melody it’s about the lyrics in the song itself and listening to songs with melodies is not haram but yk not something that is okay but it’s not haram at the same time ig like cigarettes or smth , but ig u might be right ! thanks and I apologize for not knowing that as a muslim

In the hadith Al-Bukhari it says (the Prophet (ﷺ) said "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider adultery, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of *musical instruments*, as lawful - Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them.) and cigarettes are considered haram too because they can harm you.
@@geo2562 the cigarettes are considered harmful because there is nothing in Quran or some Hadith prove that it is haram but I guess that’s not what we were talking about and thanks again for letting me know that what I was asking about is haram and I apologize again for not knowing this simple thing about my religion.

yes it's haram.. but none Muslim people use it for guitar or any instruments if they don't know how to sing
