I like the tapes! This would be a good vibe and way to add lore + plot to Welcome Home. As in this episode, it shows how as time progresses in each episode, the other characters start to catch on to something in the neighborhood not being right (as shown through Frank's thought bubbles). This also could be a way to learn why the show just stopped airing
I really like this, meaning I can understand how it has some canon elements, such as it being some sort of a psychological horror, Frank being known as the neighborhood genius, how Wally is seeming a bit creepy and odd in ways, and many others that may list if i looked into more of the details if there is any more, that is. :] Very nice work if I do say so Myself!
Despite this being made before the July 2023 update that solidified the characters' voices and personalities, as well as what a typical day in the Neighborhood might look like, this fanwork feels the most on-point to the horror side of Welcome Home for some reason. It feels foreboding rather than outright terrifying, with a lot of questions left unanswered and a sort of realistic dim lighting that makes the setting all the more fitting. This is going to be interesting to look back on once the official Welcome Home project's story is more revealed.

I think the website may still be down but game theory and some other youtubers have "explained" videos that go into the currently canon lore. it's pretty cool! very well made.

I loved this show growing up! I'm so glad so many people are trying to recover elements of the show, even just this one episode reminds me of waking up early every weekend to watch this with my sister who I have now grown fairly far apart with. I did always find some parts of it quite earie even in my younger years, the long pause after Wally said goodnight to home ever episode still gives me an uneasy feeling.
This actually made me feel really uneasy because I have a unicorn music box that plays the same. Exact song that was playing in the background at the beginning is pretty nice tune though😊
