In all honesty I'm a fan, I was hesitant at first never taking part in any Alpha game, but it is a lot of fun. If you do buy it remember its always evolving, so ur favorite spot to level might literally change places in the game. I'm looking forward to what it will become long term, and it's fun watching the world evolve around you as well.
