Hi. First of all I am very thankful to you that you liked it. Now coming to your point: As you know, MS actually gives the idea of m/z or you can say mass, so I think it will not be a good idea to perform MS for identifying isomers as they posses same mass. In case, I guess NMR can be helpful. In the mean time, if you get to know any specific process of MS or any other completely different method that can give the result to your desired question, please let me know here. Regards.
