Revenge of the sith was my favorite but i never knew that was a popular one. Obi Wan was my favorite mainly because of the scene at the end of Revenge of the Sith. The emotion from Obi Wan was so good

I really would recommend you to watch all the star wars series aswell. There you have 3 animated ones, the Clone Wars that takes place between episode 2 and 3, the Bad Batch which is like a aftermath of the clone wars were you follow clone force 99 and then we have Rebels were you follow a rebel group, it might feel like a slow start but you need to give it a chance. Then we have some live action ones aswell.
Andy needs to watch the Star Wars series, because the movies are good but the series are what makes Star Wars amazing.
Ps. Be careful to watch them in the right order.
And also watch Rogue One, one of the best things ever made
