Trinity is the one where I did a full 180. I really expected not to like her, but she's one of the most genuine and so very sweet, always coming up for the LGBTQIA+ and ridiculously talented. A real powerhouse!

I don't agree in this case. Having a drag family is important but having a drag mother/father is not necessary. I'm tired of bitter old queens shitting on younger queens for learning how to do things differently than they did. Not to mention that most queens in Drag Hauses that have been taught by a mother end up as cookie cutters of whoever taught them rather than finding their own identity.

mikoism it's a common thing in the drag world where uniqueness often gets lost because they were taught they have to do a b and c to do drag. That's the specific reason I don't consider what I do drag because I don't follow the "rules" set by people who think they're better than everyone else.

I loved it. I think anytime they take the time to educate on the foundation of their craft it can only make things better. Drag mother or no it never hurts to know the history. Is there nothing more sad than when the older generation makes a reference to something pre-internet and they get a blank stare back
