fun little facts that you missed/didnt cover about todoroki 1.frost counter has a few seconds of s which makes it really good for fighting teamers, 2.frost counter can counter frost counter 3.its possible to dodge frost counter and avoid the freeze but you’d need to coincidentally back dash/side dash or have a godly reaction time to avoid it (also take notice that the s will acivate regardless if frost counter doesnt directly freeze the opponent so wait a few seconds before actually engaging the opponent again). 4.the downslam variant for freezing variants is pretty bad. BUT, it does have super armor and if you miss your block breaker and the opponent tries to punish you, you can just activate the downslam variant and try to catch them off guard (downslam variant activates off the block breaker so huge W) 5. todorokis tp dashes do burn damage but its not enough to change how you use the tp dashes anyways 6. the knockback and downslam freezing variant can activate even without do the full m1s, just do the attack during your final m1/downslam 7 .you can do 3 m1s, frost burst,side dash and use ice javelin but its pretty hard to land. you can even just do 3 m1s, frost burst and do the ice javelin ranged variant but its kinda pointless and even harder to land OR you can also forward dash into the opponent after using frost burst too, its not really good but its good for creating distance between you and the opponent. You could also get them to rcancel then uppercut then backflip and use ice jav a decent distance away. It will interupt the backflip anim and hit them then just side dash in and continue the combo. Sometimes it does the swing if you are too quick, but overall it is op.
I just hate fighting todoroki it's all just Javelin extending and variants. Only time I get hit by frost burst is when the finisher decides to randomly appear

helpful tip for when you do explosion, if you do 3m1, downtilt, 1, then 3m1 and another downtilt, then use the 1 variant it does 41% with technically 1 move

you have to time it so the moment you're doing the forth m1, do freezing varients and it'll activate the uppercut variant. I would try to pay attention to your character's animation when doing m1s in order to time it right.
I really like to use frost burst as a mix up/spacing move while m1 trading, because while your dashing around no one really expects a huge ice thing to pop out of the ground while they’re dashing.
I'm surprised no one else has said this but u can continue an m1 chain with ice javelin if u downslam then do it after i did see someone say it works for uppercut but not downslam it doesn't help do that much damage but it does squeeze a bit more into a combo
im still confused on how to do the frost burst + freezing variant combo cause every time I do frost burst and then freezing variant it does the big jump slam down instead of the mid air grab.
