Because this Deadpool movie was clearly not meant to be a serious thing but MoM tried to be and the story has a ridiculous amount of plot holes and ridiculously stupid mistakes.
@@roboninja3194 It was not awful. The story made sense and flowed nicely between Wanda and Strange’s motivations and character development. Along with those great cameos in the Illuminati. The cgi affects and ideas are some of the most creative in the mcu. Wanda’s dark magic from entering through a reflection like something from the exorcist, her walk, and her magic affects, Chavez’s warping affect, zombie strange, the music note battle, the way the Illuminati die, Incursions. Really creative writing and visual affects. It was also the first Sam Raimi MCU movie and it hit all the marks on that level. If you’re not a fan of his movies you’ll probably not appreciate it but the way they incorporated horror into the movie was done really well and having a great balance between horror and his style of almost campiness. Yes, I love that song, I love "Back to The Future"; and I loved how Deadpool got the crap kicked out of him to the beat of the song itself, it was great. And the intro dance sequence with the song "Bye, Bye, Bye", also hilarious. This movie has some of the best dance sequences and best fitting songs they could've gone with, hands down.
They mentioned the nog hair frral Wolverine but didnt know it was AoA. Same lack of knowledge about Patch in Madripoor 'working for special forces'. No, he just lived there for awhile. The place is visited in an MCU series btw.
the biggest shocker was Wesley Snipes being in the movie and not just for 5 seconds. He will always be the perfect looking Blade. This movie was made by people that actually have love for the material. You can 100% do a multiverse universe if you have competent people doing the writing and directing.
I think you guys forget that if Wolverine wasn't there in X2 when the mansion was raided, all the mutants there would be dead. Some killed at the mansion, the rest killed later when Cerebro would have been used.
I thought this was the wolverine version where he shows up and he thinks they murdered the X-Men, so he proceeds to slice everyone up. Only to find out mysterio actually messed with his head, and made him kill the X-Men he previously thought were already dead.
I compiled the entire Fox/Disney Marvel multiverse every movie and TV series, watched it in chronological order over months prior to Deadpool and Wolverine, and it paid off beautifully.
I was surprised by the Blade and Johnny Storm cameos. The crowd gasped when Chris Evans turned into Johnny instead of a Captain America variant. And fingers crossed we do get to see Henry Cavill as the MCU’s Wolverine.

The red dude who teleports isnt mystiques dad. Thats her lover. They make Nightcrawler. Also its implied that in logans universe the mutants were overwhelmed by humans. In the comics the purifiers have weapons that can kill and nullify mutants and their powers and in many cases do just that. Logan also doesnt kill cassandra so in his universe most likely the xmen did go full force against the humans cause it would go against his vision.

This was SO much fun. The reverence and genuine love for all eras of Marvel cinema was honestly wholesome, even with all the jokes. It felt like everyone was welcome and along for the ride, and I loved that little behind the scenes montage during the end credits. It really felt like a movie for all kinds of Marvel cinema fans. But I absolutely lost my shit when Snipes walked in. Having grown up with Blade, and knowing full well about the feud he had with Goyer and the tension with Ryan on the set of Trinity, I was not expecting it at all. I'm so glad they managed to squash that old beef and give us that team-up in the Void. Some of the most satisfying scenes in the entire movie, and I love that all 4 cameo characters got their time to shine (Tatum's Gambit especially was so surreal and awesome to see after years of false starts). And GOD that intro was one of the best in CBM history.
When Blade says to Deadpool "I don't like you" and Deadpool answered "You never did" is a reference to the making of Blade Trinity. Wesley Snipes and Reynolds didn't get along at all behind the scenes.

What a great way to use these actors, the only thing that would have made it better would have been Nicholas Cage returning as Ghost rider. But damn the movie was fun and really entertaining. I can't believe we got more original Blade before the new Blade movie.
Imagine Cassandra/Nova reaching into deadpools mind and realizing that shes just a character in a fictional universe like deadpool allready knows and then making a plot around that, or maybe she dies/kills herself after knowing this as its to much
That Fox montage at the end was genuinely heartwarming
This is what Multiverse of Madness should've been like.
Nah MoM was really good and arguably a better story. DxW has arguably the best fan service though of any superhero movie.
@@coryjack606 Oh my god no. That movie was awful. Can't believe there are people out there that believe the writing in that movie was good. The story in Deadpool and Wolverine was not good but MoM was way worse. Because this Deadpool movie was clearly not meant to be a serious thing but MoM tried to be and the story has a ridiculous amount of plot holes and ridiculously stupid mistakes.
Worse?
Its a really underrated movie that gets overlooked because of Sam Raimi’s style
@@roboninja3194shitty take but alright lol
Daywalker is the godfather of the MCU that made it possible. Glad to see him in action
For Spiderman to fly, the X-Men had to run, and for the X-Men to run, Blade had to walk.
I know this movie was just a cynical cashgrab, but I'm glad Disney paíd respect to the old movies that made the MCU possible.

so true. I remember being a little pissed when some people were claiming Black Panther was the first successful comic book movie with a black lead. Seriously, talk about trying to rewrite history.

I mean he's supposed to have a heavy Cajun accent, it's not a very elegant accent from anyone
@@ATthemusician I understood him in the cartoon 🤷🏾♂️ 🤣
As a Louisianan and Cajun born in Lafayette, heart of Cajun countty, who has lived around so many cajun accents in my own family, I thought his accent was spot on, I really don't understand everyone clowning on it. It's funny not because it's bad, but because it's accurately just as silly as the cajun accent is in real life.
That’s not a terrible accent lmao. That’s how it’s spoken. It just happens to also sound like minion speak lmao

Seeing a comic book actual wolverine being 5'3 was funny as hell when he jumped out of the chair. I remember nerds freaking out over Huge being over 6'0 tall.
When Nicepool tries to keep smiling even while he's getting shot 😂😂
Blake Lively was in the costume. That's why Nicepool brings up how good she looks considering she just had a baby.

The fact that “The Power of Love” by Huey Lewis & The News from “Back to the Future” was playing when Deadpool was looking for Wolverine was cracking me up 🤣
Yes, I love that song, I love "Back to The Future"; and I loved how Deadpool got the crap kicked out of him to the beat of the song itself, it was great. And the intro dance sequence with the song "Bye, Bye, Bye", also hilarious. This movie has some of the best dance sequences and best fitting songs they could've gone with, hands down.
"Till your 90" at the end I just laughed out loud xD
The part where he’s in the car and he’s doing the Spider-Man webs as they’re driving was a good Easter egg

They mentioned the nog hair frral Wolverine but didnt know it was AoA. Same lack of knowledge about Patch in Madripoor 'working for special forces'. No, he just lived there for awhile. The place is visited in an MCU series btw.
I wanted to scream of joy when Blade and Electra cameo
When blade showed up the wet works started. It hit me in the feels. my fav marvel character.
Seeing Pyro again was awesome, he was amazing in X-Men 2 United such an underrated character.
The only thing I never liked about him was he couldn't create his own fire. But it was cool to see him resurface even briefly in this movie
the biggest shocker was Wesley Snipes being in the movie and not just for 5 seconds. He will always be the perfect looking Blade.
This movie was made by people that actually have love for the material. You can 100% do a multiverse universe if you have competent people doing the writing and directing.
The opening scene of him saying they'll respect Logan. And then absolutely desecrates the corpse, is genius
I think you guys forget that if Wolverine wasn't there in X2 when the mansion was raided, all the mutants there would be dead. Some killed at the mansion, the rest killed later when Cerebro would have been used.
I like the fact that they brought up "omega level mutant" into the fold
He’s gonna say it! Avengers Asse- “FLAME ON!!”
bringing back the “mfs trying to ice skate uphill” line was my favorite call back, loved it
Was that an Iceman reference to the early Xmen movies?
Wolverine is 5 foot 3 inches. Jackman or Cavill never made sense as wolverine.
@@rydz656 With how long Hugh has played Wolverine, I don’t really think his height matters as much. I’m not an X-Men fan admittedly, so I don’t really see the problem.
I took my two sons with me to see this and we all loved it. Laughing most of the time. Was great. It's been years since I've been in theater but i deff wanted to help support this one cause I want a second one. Plzzzzzz lol
