That was an awesome message. I am really grateful you put this video together. :) I have been going through a major-rager of a Spiritual Levelling Up at present. It's very exciting. That journal idea of yours is very good. What I have been doing is making what I call my "daily blog" which is simply an audio recording into my phone. It started out very simple as a daily diary kind of thing, but now it goes off onto tangents and spiritual insights abound through this process.
Sometimes it's like prayer. It's a conversation is between yourself and spirit. And because you're recording, it is actually easier to speak because you are speaking to "something". Plus of course, if you end up saying anything that is needed to be referenced later, it is there on file. It becomes a wonderful mixture of the magickal and mundane, a diary of the previous day and planning of the current one.
