    ◈ Materials ◈
    ◇ 400g cream cheese
    ◇ 100g sugar (180ml paper cup 4.4cm)
    ◇ 15g (2 spoons) soft flour
    ◇ 200ml fresh cream
    ◇ 3 eggs
    ◇ Lemon juice (optional)
    ◇ Vanilla extract (optional)

    ◈ Recipe ◈
    1. Spread parchment in a 150x70mm round pan.
    2. Soften 400g of cream cheese without lumps. (Use cream cheese at room temperature)
    3. When the cream cheese is soft, add 100g of sugar and melt it well.
    4. Add 1 egg each at room temperature and mix. (3 eggs)
    5. Strain 15g of soft flour and mix gently.
    6. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional).
    6. Stir well so that no air bubbles are formed.
    7. Sift the dough and place it in a circular mold.
    8. Preheat the air fryer for 10 minutes and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Bake oven 220 degrees 30 minutes (temperature and time may vary by machine)
    9. After cooling sufficiently, wrap in wrap and store in refrigerator
    10. Eat the next day
