There's something incredible about those early 2000s kids movies. You see it's been made to entertain both the kids and parents by having some simple comedy easy to understand for kids and make them laugh but also some hidden more mature comedy to also give the parents a laugh (the scene where Helen pulls Bob back inside the house after he started his workout is a perfect example.) I think it's great because it's not just a kids movie, it's a family, both enjoyable by kids and adults.

i spent 20 freaking years watching this masterpiece i grew up with this movie and its tie-i game wich was also great i really liked incredibles 2 but the first one is so much better and i think the animation was better in the first movie
idk why the part when Mr,Incredible is just working out, the score has gotten me through some tough workouts when I just need to put my head down. I imagine him lifting trains and I just think to myself "I got 5 more min in me"

We can all take notes from this scene. Doing something for yourself is doing something for others you love. Hit the gym, eat right, read that chapter of the book. All of these small changes are so big when you see them through
