    I get the idea of a warm up... but if you have to warm up before playing with a floaty wand, you might be a pansy.

      lol. So it may seem. The warm up is not just for the physical body, but for the mind and the feelers as well, to grow in greater awareness, making the muscle memory of the motions that much easier and quicker to absorb. Though yes, being one with the flow/nature/universe does also make you one with the pansies. Don’t let your ego get too intimidated to not let yourself be a conscious pansy sometimes. 🌼😁
