- Moscow warned UK over Foreign Secy David Cameron's comments on Ukraine's right to strike Russia, with Russian Foreign Ministry stating that the UK is "de-facto part of conflict." This as Russian forces began drills to test non-strategic nuclear weapons on Monday. Moscow also summoned UK's ambassador to lodge protest against Cameron's comments.
