It definitely gets annoying without English subs, but they probably didn't bother with translations because some context does get lost in translation. With rap especially, there are clever puns that won't go through in translation, so the full effect of the lyrics won't be appreciated. ^^" (Hangul is also one of those languages that have so many words that don't have direct equivalents in English).
