@cashstore1 You are welcome. I always liked it because I have a friend (Greg Furr) that when he was 18, he had a Honda 550 and rode it pretty much like the guy in the movie. I was amazed at his ability to slap that 550 around. Later on, he had a Honda 750F. He was fearless on those bikes!
It's true. I invited him over for lunch once and he drove right through the wall of my living room. His expression only changed when he found out there were onions in the tuna salad. Then the real ass-kicking started. Ultimately, even though we had a civil dessert and coffee, as he left, Chuck felt the need to drive through my back door and over my garden gnome. Nice guy, but a little psychotic.
And hey - if you really wanna IMPRESS us, don't just say it's a CB500 OR CB550 SOHC - Tell us WHICH! If you've got such a good eye for '70s Honda loveliness?
Sorry, I love the old Honda "Fours" but I'm not that up on the exact model numbers, years , etc. Now, if it was a Kawasaki "Triple" I could tell you exactly! LOL! I did, however, just buy a very nice 1979 Honda CB750F (Silver) with only about 4,000 miles on it!
Yeah, it's awesome alright - but what's the FILM? What are we looking at here? It's BRONSON, so I guess that shouldn't be too obscure & hard to track down.... Better than the usual '80s Bronson films, too. He did a bit of crap later on, like the "Death Wish" SEQUELS - those truly sucked. Bronson was indeed a bad ass though. I guess he used to be a gunner on a B-29 over Japan. Undoubtedly he saw a lot of death & destruction, even if it was from a long way off. Can you picture a young Charles Bronson shooting planes out of the sky with a pair of 50-caliber machine-guns though? Now THAT would've had some box-office value, had there been any cameras on board. Explains a lot though - This is how these older dudes had to get their shits and giggles - 'Cause maybe their adrenaline just didn't flow anymore?
I was just getting into motorcycling back around when this film was made 1973-74 so i suppose that the bikes would be in that year range actually from id say 71 to 74. Now I had noticed that it looks like the CB- 500-K was wearing the wrong tank graphics they had probably replaced its original gas tank with that of a 750-k to make it look like they were using the same bike throughout the filming of this scene. In those days i had owned a Honda CB-360-T and of course as an eighteen year old i had not found it to be a very impressive machine so i had quickly traded it in for a Honda CB 400-four Super-Sport which was a very decent bike at that time.
LoL… yep I too noticed the exhaust muffler’s had magically transformed 😂
Well said ! Especially when you've ridden one, then you truly can appreciate the skill and "balls" that guy had!

Thanks for sharing. I never saw that clip before.
Cool clip! The Terminator movie also has a cb750 chase scene.
I agree....to ride a 750 Four or 500 or 550 Four like that takes BALLS!
that guy on the Honda has some BALLS!

@JeffOlson44 Thanks Jeff - I checked it out - nice music!
It's from a little known movie called Stone Killer or The Stone Killers, something like that. I think it was before Death Wish!
Broson's just Bronson. I don't think he was acting. I think he really was like that!
thanx
Cool chase....is this a Death Wish film? That was a bone-jarring impact at 2:20. Bronson IS unstoppable! LOL
0:56 the chickens lol
LOL! That is funny!
2:17 I'm sure they had to stop filming and fix a busted tie rod after that hit.
you saw that also....lol
its march 22, 2012 at 4:30 pm and i had no idea that charles bronson had died. sorry mr bronson. rip.
Who can tell me where this footage comes from ?
lower ball joint and tie rod 2 17 and i think it ended with a 357 mag and a 383 or a 440 commando 3 31 lol
LOL!
0:00 to 0:40, with CB750. 0:40 to 3:36 with CB500. Jump with CB500.
When America built real cars...

Is it me, or does it seem like Bronson's slightly insane?

The movie was "THE STONE KILLER " 1973.
